- 1951 - Research Institut for Pharmacy and Biochemistry (RIPB) established in Prague
- 250 drugs, 29 original substances (Pelentan, Kebuzon, Dosulepin, Metipranolol and more…)
- Full chain of drug development
- 1991 - Granting the GLP certificate (as the first preclinical facility in former Czechoslovakia)
- 1999 - BioTest s.r.o. (preclinical toxicology branch of RIPB) has been established in the privatization proces, re-accreditation of the GLP certificate in 1999.
- April 1, 2013 - Change the brand to MediTox s.r.o., re-accreditation of the GLP certificate in
2013 of unlimited validity under the conditions of regular audits every two years
